Organized in 2016, after the tragic loss of Michael Cloud, Jr. from a car accident, his parents decided to memorialized his honor with a scholarship fund for rising African American students looking to further education in colleges or universities.

We believe we can educate more African American students through scholarship. Provide incentives for young African American students to further their development through secondary education.
