Our Team

Organized in 2016, after the tragic loss of Michael Cloud, Jr. from a car accident, his parents decided to memorialized his honor with a scholarship fund for rising African American students looking to further education in colleges or universities.  The MCJr. Foundation is committed to honoring the legacy of Michael Cloud Jr. by empowering underserved and underprivileged youth through education, community outreach, mentorship, and service.  

Our mission is to provide scholarships and educational opportunities that encourage African American students to pursue higher education, develop leadership skills, and build successful futures.

In addition to supporting students academically, we are dedicated to strengthening our communities through outreach initiatives that provide assistance to families, individuals experiencing homelessness, special needs programs, and other underserved populations. Through care package drives, holiday giving programs, school and youth support initiatives, mentorship, volunteerism, and community partnerships, we strive to make a lasting and meaningful impact.

We believe every child deserves encouragement, opportunity, and access to resources that inspire hope and achievement. Through compassion, service, and education, the Michael Cloud Jr. Foundation works to uplift communities, invest in future leaders, and continue a legacy of giving back.
